What we collect
- Account and profile data used to identify users, teams, and investor profiles.
- Analysis inputs, property information, documents, and workflow data required to operate the product.
- Usage, audit, and support data used to secure access, explain activity, and improve the platform.
- Real estate data extracted or entered with the Chrome extension, such as listing URL, address, price, income, taxes, expenses, property characteristics, and deal-related notes.
How data is used
- Generate simulations, reports, dashboards, and contextual AI responses.
- Operate professional workflows: client invitations, document collection, case tracking, and audit logs.
- Manage subscriptions and billing. Stripe processes payments; we do not store card numbers.
- Import into Plexora the property data that the user chooses to analyze from a real estate listing opened in Chrome.
Plexora Chrome extension
The Chrome extension helps the user capture data from a real estate listing and send it to their Plexora account for analysis. The extension does not sell user data and does not use it for personalized advertising, retargeting, or advertising profiles.
- Data is processed only to provide or improve Plexora-related import, simulation, deal analysis, saving, and support features.
- Data may be associated with the user’s Plexora account so captured deals can be saved and found again in the application.
- Data is transmitted to Plexora servers over secure connections. Users should avoid importing information they are not authorized to process.
- The requested Chrome permissions are used only to read the supported active page, extract the information needed for the deal, and communicate with Plexora.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to authenticated users, authorized team members, and valid invitees. Shared links, client portals, and sensitive actions are tracked to maintain clear traceability.
We may share certain data with providers required to operate the service, such as hosting, storage, email, payment, security, logging, and AI providers when the user uses AI features. These providers must process the data to provide the requested service, not for their own advertising purposes.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the account, analyses, history, compliance, security, and support. A user may request deletion or correction of their data by contacting Plexora.
